★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are OK. Bathroom doesn't have bathtub. 3 stars hotel but I think it should be below that. Have very hot water in the afternoon (even when I selected for normal water). 11 floors, no rooftop. Still under walk length to masjid al-Haram. If you came for umrah and using travel agent, you might be served from other caterer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Staff is so arrogant. They don't even provide water, tissues, bed sheets in room. Sweeper doesn't pick garbage from rooms. Washrooms are in worst condition. No proper drainage of water in washrooms. Sanitary leaks. Broken beds. Damaged mattress.
And most importantly, their is NO FACILITY FOR WHEELCHAIRS. The wheelchair ramp is so steep and dangerous.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than many others. Wide washrooms, big rooms. Window ACs. Internet, Masjid and buffet meal options. Fast lifts. Water dispensers on every floor, did not change water bottles daily, even after finished. Cutting shop on ground floor. Card system for room lighting and other electrical appliances. Hair dryer in each washroom.
