Deceiving liars and thieves - I purchased apple cover for my beats headphones (the left headphone always had a small clicking sound that I ignored and didn't bother me) However when my beats snapped I went into the store and they assured me that with an extra fee they would replace my headphones entirely. When I collected my headphones a few days later it was obvious the headphones were not replaced because the clicking sound was still present. Dear Aleph, if you are reading this I am contacting Apple in my hometown of London this week and will exact my consumer rights.

Worst Apple Service Experience. Handed Over 12Pro Max as the screen was non responsive to touch . The representative demanded 1650 SAR without even inspecting the phone or warranty. Plus he he said the phone has a Dent, Then I took my phone back and Submitted in ARAB Computers he explained me there is no physical damage and the phone was fixed for free of charge on 3rd day. Dont go to Aleph for Apple Service.

Very unwelcoming customer service by the lady this morning. Making me feel stupid because I genuinely asked questions about the new Apple iPhone before purchasing. She was so rude. I asked her if she’s angry or am I bothering her, she replied “it’s early morning and we just opened”. as if taking a morning shift is an excuse for treating people badly and making them feel “backward”. Last time I bought an iPhone was 5 yrs ago from San Francisco, and it was a wonderful experience. I do have the right to ask questions about the new updates on iPhones and you should answer my questions with kindness without making me feel awkward. Yes, I ended up buying it because I am in a need for it, but wallahi if I have other option, I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU.

I can’t believe that this company is authorized to sell Apple! They should immediately stop selling online. I bought an ipad for my daughter's birthday, believing in the promise of 24 business hours on their website, but it didn't come for 10 days. Worse still, there is no customer service, they just answer the phones and say they will get back to you within 24 hours and they never call. The shipping company they work with (Tamex) never solves any problems. . You are not allowed to cancel the order to get rid of it. In other words, there is no product, no service, you are alone with the money immediately withdrawn from your credit card. I've reported the problem to Apple, hopefully a response from there.

Second time for same issue of Iphone 11 failing calls , maintenance technician have no idea how to deal with the issue for 5 months ! I was asked to wait for over an hour after they send me i can receive my phone ,, not a fan of their services... If I didn't have to deal with them I wouldn't at all

I have enjoyed using this company over the last few years, especially in Nakheel mall. Unfortunately the last time I had them install a screensaver the young man took two attempts and had to throw the first attempt away. The second screensaver still had a section at the edge of the screen that was not stuck down. He asked me to please take it and bring it back if the bubble was still annoying me in the future. He said it would be replaced free of charge. Yesterday I went to the store and they said the policy was true and they WOULD replace a badly fitting screensaver for free, but they wouldn’t replace mine because there was now some additional damage. What difference does that make??? The warranty means taking the screensaver off anyway?? For such a small price I couldn’t be bothered to argue but the manager wouldn’t even give me a discount on a new one as a gesture of good will. Totally disappointed and shocked, they’ve always been good until now. For a hundred riyal screensaver they’ve lost a customer who has spent thousands and will never shop there ever again. I like to support smaller businesses but I guess Jarir will be getting my money in future.

Bad customer surprise bill during warranty period. No update, unprofessional, Delay. To replace a battery 1 month, during delivery they charge to me without explaining the reason.
