I had a pleasant encounter with one of the lovely staff there , her name is Waad.
She was very patient with us , answered a very long list of questions I had.
She gave us a very good review on the item We wanted and a comprehensive comparison between the 2 different models.
Waad knows almost everything about the items, adding to that she is very kind and cheerful.
Next time if I am purchasing an apple devise I know where to head !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience of the visit to the Aleph in Hayat Mall is very good (I used the service disk in the store)
1. The staff is polite and help full.
2. No need to explain them too much for the problem of the device, they have the good knowledge.
3. Specially for whom they don’t know the native language- don’t worry- the staff of the store is very good in English speaking.
If you have any issue with your apple devices visit Aleph store without any hesitation.
