★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بتاريخ ١٢/١٢/١٤٤١ استأجرت شقة رقم ١٠٥ بنظام اليومية والشقة أول من سكنها أنا ، الشقة أثاثها جديد وحتى الغطاء واللحاف جديدة بأكياسها ، يعيبها موقعها + عدم وجود مصعد
بالنسبة لصاحب العمارة رجل سمح خفض لي كثير في قيمة الأجار علماً بأن العمارة أساساً للأجار الشهري أو السنوي ليس يومي.
بالنسبة لمنطقة الباحة ككل تمتلئ الشقق في الصيفية خصوصا هذه السنة ١٤٤١ ماتحصل أي بقعة الأ وفيها سائح لذلك أنصح الراغبين بالسياحة في الباحة أن يستأجروا شقق قبل صلاة العصر أو بعد صلاة العصر مباشرة وذلك لخروج المستأجرين من الشقق.
