ثم ماذا؟؟
انكسر ذراع نظارتي من مفصل المسمار نتيجة التركيب الخاطئ عند التسليم، وهذا بعد رابع استخدام.
أحضرتها لهذا المكان ورفض إصلاحها بالضمان، فطلبت إصلاحها على حسابي بتاريخ 21/9/2018، ولم يذكر لي الموظف اي شيء عن التكلفة ولا موعد التسليم.
أيها الأحبة،، لغاية تاريخ كتابة هذا التقييم لم يتم إصلاح نظارتي، حيث أقوم بزيارتها أسبوعيا في المحل لاتطمن على سير العملية الذرية لتغيير ذراع نظارة!!
احب ان أبلغ القائمين على هذه الشركة بأن أهم ركائز العمل التجاري الناجح يقوم على رضى العميل
تحديث: رد المسئول على هذا التقييم بطلب رقم الفاتورة والفرع دون أن يذكر لي كيف سارسلها له،، عجيب!

My glasses arm broke from the screw joint as a result of improper installation upon delivery, and that's after my fourth use.
I brought it to this place and he refused to repair it with the guarantee, so I requested to repair it on my account on 9/21/2018, and the employee did not mention anything to me about the cost or delivery time.
Dear sweethearts, until the date of writing this evaluation, my glasses have not been repaired, as I visit them every week in the shop.
I would like to inform the people in charge of this company that the most important pillars of a successful business is customer satisfaction
Update: The official responded to this evaluation by requesting the invoice number and the branch without mentioning to me how I will send it to him, Wonderful!

عدسات Zeiss مشتريها بالفريم من عندهم ومن اول اسبوعين استخدام ضببت وتخدشت. تروح لهم يقلك ما عليها ضمان الخدوش ووقت العرض يدوقك العسل. ومع ذلك قالوا لي اشتري عدسات ثانية ونضمن لك هذه المرة ما تنخدش بالسرعة ذي.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البائع المصري او المدير المصري كذاب مرواغ له الف كلمه ، وجدت نظارة طبية ماركة معروفة وكذب عليها وقالي انه الموديل جديد 2022 واكتشفت بعدين انه الموديل قديم 2020 يعني له سنتين المفروض الموديلات القديمة يكون عليها خصم للاسف مصري كذاب غشاش يستخدم اسلوب اللف والدوران ، يقولي علشان خاطرك بسويلك خصم وثاني يوم يتغير الكلام ويتغير الخصم ويقولي بعطيك خصم الموظفين نحنا ماعندنا خصم وكله كذب في كذب اخلاقه جدا سيئة ولا يصلح يكون مدير معرض او مدير محل ، للاسف لن اكرر الزيارة بسبب المصري الكذاب ?? ماعندهم رد للاسف غير الاستمرار في الخداع والكذب بادارة المصري المخادع ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY from this store. They don't have a customer service dept or any feedback system. I tried to call the company for an issue with this location but I couldn't reach any of them. That means as soon as you finish buying an item, you mean nothing for this business.
- NO MAINTENANCE.
- NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
- NO WARRANTY " they will play around their policies".
