★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف شريت منهم ساعه قبل اكثر من سنتين ماركتها كنكورد وبعد 8 اشهر طاح رقم 12 وتعطلت الساعه صار رقم 12 يعيق حركتها والحين جبتها لهم يطالبني بالفاتوره وقلتله ماعندي فاتوره عادي بدفع كاش من غير ضمان ورفض يستلم الساعه يقول مستحيل اخدمك من غير فاتوره ، شلوون ساعه ماخذها باكثر من 5000 وترفض تخدمني بدون فاتوره اروح ارميها يعني ؟
للاسف ارجوا منكم الحذر ان تشترون منهم ساعه هم فقط موزعين لهم وليسو وكلائها وشكرا
Unfortunately, I bought a watch from them more than two years ago, I branded it as Concord, and after 8 months the number 12 fell and the watch stopped working. The number 12 was hindering its movement. When I brought it to them, they asked me for the bill. I told him I don’t have a normal bill by paying cash without guarantee and he refused to receive the watch. He says I can’t serve you without a bill. How did he take it? With more than 5000, and you refuse to serve me without an invoice, I go to throw it away, I mean?
Unfortunately, I ask you to be careful to buy a watch from them. They are only distributors and not their agents. Thank you
