★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ساعات جميله لكن اتمنى تعليم الباعه عدم سؤال الزبون ( كم ميزانيتك ، كم السعر اللي تبي ، ) اسلوب ترانا غالين وانت شكلك تدور رخيص هذا اسلوب غير لائق وبصراحه طلعت بسرعه من المحل لاني التمست غرور الباعه والمشكله انهم شباب سعوديين مثلنا.
Beautiful hours, but I hope that the salesmen will be taught not to ask the customer (how much is your budget, how much you want,) the way you see us and you look cheap, this is an inappropriate method, and frankly I got out quickly from the shop because I sought the vanity of the sellers and the problem is that they are young Saudis like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل بعد البيع سيء حصلت لي مشكلة بالساعة وسقط عقرب الساعه وتمت صيانتها اربع مرات خلال اقل من سته اشهر من الشراء مع العلم للاسف الساعة ثمينه .. التجربة معاهم سيئة ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم
The deal after the sale is bad. I had a problem with the watch and the clock fell off and it was repaired four times within less than six months of purchase, knowing that unfortunately the watch is valuable.. The experience with them is bad and I do not recommend dealing with them.

I like their deal especially Salma branch Thank you from the best watch shops and I have excellent service if the clock is broken after seven years in which maintenance excellent they have free

1/ خدمة مابعد البيع فيما يتعلق بالصيانة
عادي جداً من أجل تغيير بطارية الأمر يستغرق 10 أيام.
2/ عدم الرد على الهاتف من اجل الاستفسار
3/ لايوجد تفاعل مع العميل بعد البيع فيما يتعلق بالتواصل على الايميل عند وجود مشكلة.
The prices are reasonable, and the ambiance of the shop is great..
Negatives:
1/ After-sales service regarding maintenance
Very normal to change the battery it takes 10 days.
2/ Not answering the phone to inquire
3 / There is no interaction with the customer after the sale with regard to communicating via e-mail when there is a problem.
