★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة مابعد البيع جداً سيئة مع العلم كل الساعات اللي اشتريها منهم لي أو هدايا وللعلم هذي ثالث مره اجي لهم المره الأولى تغيير بطاريه ورفض قالي روحي اي محل يسويها لك والمره الثانيه تغيير جلد الساعه مع العلم اخذتها الماس منهم وقالي مالها قطع ابداً والمره الثالثه اليوم تغيير جلد ورفض وقلت له بيع علي السير وانا اغيرها برا ورفض يقول لازم ارسلها للرياض والآن مقفلين مافي عندنا لازم ارسلها للمركز الرئيسي مع العلم قاعد يرتب السيور بأكياسها أمامي ، حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وهذي آخر مره اشتري منكم همكم فقط البيع مع العلم عدد الساعات اللس اشترستها منكم تفوق ال ٢٠ ساعه لكن هذا درس ان في غيركم افضل وماحكرت لكم.

1- تأخير في الصيانة
2- عدم الالتزام بالصيانة المطلوبة
3- عدم توفر قطع الغيار المناسبة
4- عدم توفر سيور الساعات بالالوان والاشكال الاصلية للساعة
5- خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا
عندي ساعة TED BEAKER وديته لم المحل ابي تجدد السير فقط استلمه وجلست عندهم اكثر من اسبوعين بعده رحت استلمه ولكن السير الاصلي للساعة مو موجود ومركب لي سير ساعة اخرى رديء رديء جدا جدا وتكلمت مع الموظف وخدمة العملاء قالي راح نتواصل معك اول ما يتوفر السير الجديد ولهم اكثر من سنة لم يتواصلوا … في الختام المحل يحمل عبارة ( من براء الله الله ومن جوا يعلم الله ) ?
