مدير المكتب ابو عبدالعزيز رجل محترم جداً واخلاق وقمة في التعامل
مواعيد الصيانة في وقتها لم اجد اي تاخير
الاستجابة السريعة اثناء الحالات الطارئة او اعطال المصعد
لكن اجور الصيانة مبالغ بها بشكل كبير
وكل متخاطب عامل الصيانة على اي شي يقولك كلم المكتب وعندما تكلم المكتب مايدي عن اي شي وتضيع بينهم وغير اجور قطع الغيار المرتفعة نصيحة وفر قطع الغيار بنفسك من محلات المصاعد في طريق العيون المستودعات امام الحراج وسوف توفر نصف المبلغ
