للأسف لايوجد اي تجاوب من الإدارة أكثر من مره ارسل ع الشكاوي الموجوده بمًوقعكم ولا يوجد اي تجاوب والاتصال ع الرقم ولا يتم حل المشاكل فقط الكلمه اللي يقولونها نعتذر منكم ولا يوجد اكشن في مشاكلنا اللي نواجهها ولو ادري هذا نظامكم ماخسرت وطلعت بطاقات لي ولأفراد عائلتي للاستفاده من العروض اللي متواجد وين رد الاعتبار للعميل وحل مشاكله !!!؟؟؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما أنصحكم بها. اشتريتها و ندمت ما يشرحون لك بالضبط إيش الأماكن اللي تستفيد منها لين تاخذ البطاقة و تدفع بعدين يقول لك حمل التطبيق. لما فتحت التطبيق لقيت فيها مستوصفات أي كلام و الخصم يبدأ من 10٪ حتى 50٪ و لا استفدت منها شي. ما أنصحكم

موظفة التسويق كذاااااابة وتعاملها جدددددا سيء
فالبداية كلامها معسول عشان تغريك تشتري وبعدها تقلب الوجه الثاني اعوذبالله
انا الحمدلله حملت التطبيق قبل لا اشتري البطاقة ابى اتأكد من كلامهم طلع كل الكلام كذب فكذب
فيه كافيه سالت عنو الموظفة وقالتلي موجود ولمن شفت التطبيق طلع مو موجود والخصومات اقل بكثير من اللي قالتها الموظفة ولمن سألتها ابى اتأكد قامت عصبت وقفلت الخط بوجهي * تعامل جدددا سيء *
انا رفعت شكوى للادارة بخصوص هذي الموظفة ، والإدارة لو تهمها مصلحة مشروعهم ياليت يغيرون الموظفة الكذابة ويجيبو موظفة جديدة ويعلمو موظفينهم انهم يكونوا صادقين مع العملاء وبدون لف ودوران وبطلو استغفاااال
وفالاخير ما انصح انكم تشتروا هذي البطايق لان اللي بدايتها كذب ينعاف تاليها
