انصح من راح يراجع عندهم ياخذ بطنيته ينام و يشبع نوم وبعدها عليه الإنتظار .
 Worst bank branch is very very slow the staff are taking a course with turtles
I advise those who go back with them, take their stomachs, sleep and get a full sleep, and then they have to wait.

The worst bank has bad dealings, poor performance, and the absence of employees in the bank. Frankly, Arab Bank should be interested in hiring qualified employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الان أنتظر لي ساعة ولم تأتي الموظفة استهتار جدددًا بالوقت والمواعيد إذا جاء وقت الصلاة خلاص يتم التقفيل إلى ساعتين طيب لماذا ؟؟؟؟ للأسف غير ملتزمين بالوقت ولا يوجد احترام للعميل الذي يأتي وقد يكون لديه أشغال أخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع هذا غير ملتزم ابدا وخدمتهم جدأ سيئة والموظفين ما يداومو ٣ مرات رحت لهم عشان اطلع بطاقة وما يكون موجود الموظف .. خدمة العملاء المميزين اكثر من السيئة
يقولولي الموظفة ف بريك دحين تجي ولبعد ١:٢٠ دقيقة ما جات وموظفين غيرها جو وهيا بريكها ما خلص
او جاية من اجازة لسة ما فتحت الايميلات.. حتى مديرة الفرع ما فادتني بشي وقال الموظف عندو موعد ..
This branch is not committed at all and their service is very bad and the staff does not work 3 times. I went to them to get a card and the employee was not present.. The service of distinguished customers is more than bad.
They tell me the employee at the break you when you come and after 1:20 she did not come and other employees, Joe and come on, break her, he didn't finish
Or I'm coming from vacation and I haven't opened the emails yet..even the branch manager didn't help me anything and said the employee has an appointment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this branch 0 if I could, because one time a VIP customer came and hogged the tele-window for 2 straight hours with only one employee at one out of four windows. Don't risk the chance of going there as they don't own VIP-only rooms or you might have a VIP ass in this crappy branch that will keep you waiting for a long time.
