★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان من ناحيه موقع كويس قريب لكل الخدمات لكن تعاملهم مع الناس سيئ وتجمع شباب ب اللوبي وضحك وسوالف مزعجه ولا يوجد تلفون في بعض الشقق وصوت المصعد مزعج ولا يوجد عزل
 The place is in terms of a good location, close to all services, but their treatment of people is bad, young people gather in the lobby, laughter and annoying sideburns, and there is no telephone in some apartments, and the sound of the elevator is annoying and there is no insulation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً بين كل شقه وشقه باب مغلق .. واللي ساكن جنبي جايب خويته معه وانواع الأهات والصياح والمكالمات بين اصدقاءهم والضحك والفرفشه .. نجمه كثير لو فيه اقل حطيتها
Very bad, between every apartment and apartment a closed door.. and whoever lives next to me brings his sister with him and the types of groans, shouting and calls between their friends, laughter and flirting.. a star is too much if there is less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصورة الخارجيه توحي الى الشكل جميل بس للاسف الداخلي قديم جدا وحتى السخان ينزل الصدا والماء من جميع الجهات
والقنوات غير موجوده الا الكراتين واحنا كبار في السن ونطلب المجد وغيرها وبدون جدوا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال والمظهر الخارجي يوحي بالفخامه يختلف كلياً عن الشقق….
الشقق اقل من عاديه تصلح للي بيمشي حاله اذا قارنا السعر بالمساحه.
استاجرت يومين في الفندق ولاحظت تجمع شباب في اللوبي مع صاحبهم موظف الاستقبال كانوا يسولفون ويضحكون بشكل يخليك تشك انك داخل مُجمع هنود عزاب وتكرر معي هالشي لدرجة اني كنت داخل ومعي زوجتي والموظف يقول وهو مجمع خويا وبصوت مرتفع جداً((ارحبوا)) والثاني يضحك يعني مسوين زاحفين على نزلاء الشقق بجد حسسني اني داخل بيت شعر مو شقق..
تصرفات غير لائق ولا حضاريه،، لا انصح به ابداً

Inappropriate or civilized behavior, I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحه المكان سيء مره لا الشقه نضيفه ولا التعامل الاستقبال جيد والاخس من ذا الخدمات الفرن خربان والغساله خربانه مانصح احد يجي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ غير مريح الصراحه مزعج لان بينك وبين كل شقه باب فقط وليس جدار ف تسمع سواليف جيرانك كلها وهم كذلك وسعره غالي ع مواصفاته الصراحه عادي يعني مب ذاك الزود العمال كويسين وفيه الاخوان اليمنيين ممتازين الصراحه
