★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The AlBaik is one the best foods in Saudi Arabia. The price is very reasonable and it is enough for one time meal for a single person. The food is serving by very hygiene and the staffs are very dedicated. The brand is well known in the local community.

Very unsatisfying branch service in town.
The saudi guy in cashier is very polite .
I am 4 days in week there and force to be due to my office nearest branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the low grade Al Baik Branch. They are serving very old bread with sandwich. Burger bun too smelled bad. Frech Fry with Nuggets cold.
Al Baik management should pay attention to this Serafi Mall Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albaik is loosing it's taste quality.. and quantity in French fries is also very less hardly one can find 6 french fries ? .. their prices has been bit higher... And still too much crowed in other branches need to wait almost more than 1 hr to get the cold broast order.. even their bun is not good there days
Sometimes their staff mix up the customers orders and hands over wrong orders to other customer.. so please be careful and check before you leave the restaurant.. so don't complain later on that you order fish nuggets and found chicken nuggets at home ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for fast food. Has a unique flavoring in most of their burgers and sandwiches. Personally, I love the falafel nugget box. The only thing you might have to face is it is always full and the way they process the order from punching it on POS and delivering it on the counter is absolutely messy. They do not have a proper POS system
