★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever I made an order and was late but made them know that was goin to be late and the contacted the restaurant and they told me to come ahead I drive all the way there and they tell me we’re closed and ur foods not here called the customer service he told me the place doesn’t close till 2am I was there at 1:55am 5min before closing if this was the case why couldn’t the employee have told me not come dosent make since it was not professional from either side and then in the application they said I received it witch dose not make any sense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, they have an online pre-order service but they don’t follow it, so you will order by ALBAIK application and pay, after that they will place your order with countdowns timer to collect your order and you will show them the order number. At the end you will wait so, it’s useless service. Lol! They close my order status before I receive it.

It is one of the major consumers of chicken in Saudi Arabia. The chain has more than 40 branches in Jeddah where it is headquartered: eight in Mecca, six in Medina, one in Taif, one in Yanbu, one in Al Qunfudhah, one in Al-Lith, one in Al-Kharj, and one in Riyadh . Recently, Albaik started expanding further into the central region of Saudi Arabia with two branches opened in Buraidah, and planning to open in Abha and further branches planned for the city, in addition to other main cities in the region. This marked the first time the chain has expanded outside its main service area in Saudi Arabia's western provinces. Al Baik was also introduced in Saudi Arabia's South Province, in the city of Jizan in 2016. Currently AlBaik is constructing its new branch in Al Baha city and Eastern province Dammam region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch with many negative incidents. Need a good manager specially at 11am. I guess they don't know how to manage properly. Needbto wait 30 mnts just to get one spicy broast.
Since you guys started hunger station your service become more worst at your branches. The guys are too lazy to tale orders and to serve.
Specially in this branch one new guy Pakistani I guess (Who wears T. SHIRT and stay in front of the line to serve) is the worst. No manners of talking and dont know the service.
You should give them training orelse you will loose customer trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I stood in the queue for 30 mins and when I finally reached the front I was told that they don't serve fish anymore!! Horrible queues, bad service by all staff members. Do not recommend this outlet at all.
