يحتوي مركز البيان على فترتين صباحية ومسائية..
الصباحية تستقبل أطفال أعمارهم خمس سنوات وعددهم اكثر من ١٢٠ طفل وطفلة ..
الفترة المسائية على ٨ حلقات ٣ منها للتلقين و٥ حلقات للمرحلة الابتدائية
يضم مركز البيان ٨٤ طالباً
يعمل من أجلهم مدير المركز و ٣ موظفين و ٧ معلمين.
كما يتوفر بالمركز نقل خاص بالطلاب بواقع ٣ حافلات ..
المركز متخصص فقط بالتلاوة والتلقين حيث انهم أتموا من بداية الفصل الدراسي الثاني الى هذا الوقت قراءة ١٤٣٠ وجه ومراجعة ٤٠٤٦ وجه
المركز لديه خاتمين في التلاوة وعددهم ٣ طلاب ولله الحمد لم تتجاوز أعمارهم خمس سنوات ..
لدى المركز دورتين في التطوير اللغوي القرآني للمعلمين والمعلمات من خلال المادة النورانية.
ومن البرامج المقدمة في المركز تعليم المبتدئين في القراءة الصحيحة الفصيحة.
كانت هذه ومضات عن هذا الصرح المميز.

The center also has a student transport by 3 buses.
