 Their dealings are fine and well received, and their goods are fine. I took an air conditioner and a washing machine. Praise be to God, 3 years ago, and the Egyptian advised us about them. May God grant him success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماانصح باالتعامل معهم خدمتهم بعد البيع سيئه جدا شرينا منهم ٣ مكيفات وخرب واحد منهم ماكمل سنه وكلمناهم نطلب صيانه يماطلون بنا٣ شهور كل يوم يقولون بكره ومايجون اخر شي مايردون علينا .. حسبي الله
I would not advise dealing with them. Their after-sales service is very bad. We bought 3 air conditioners from them, and one of them was destroyed. It has been a year and we have called them to ask for maintenance. They delay us for 3 months every day. They say tomorrow and they don't want the last thing they want us.. God suffices for me.

لكن في الصيانة متعبين الزبائن لي اكثر من ٢٣ يوم اتردد عليهم علشان صيانة مكيف سبليت
وصرت كأني كورة من السوداني الى المصري كلن يشوتني على الثاني علما بأن صاحب المحل موصيهم ومبلغهم
وبعد هذي المدة تكلمت مع صاحب المحل وبعد ساعه اتصل فني الصيانة وقال بكرة ان اجيك
عاد نشوف بكرة متى يجي عند الفني

But in maintenance, customers are tired for me for more than 23 days. I go back to them for maintenance of a split air conditioner
And I became like a footballer from the Sudanese to the Egyptian, who would not distract me from the second, knowing that the owner of the shop was their guardian and informer
After this period, I spoke with the owner of the store, and an hour later, the maintenance technician called and said, "Tomorrow, let me come."
