★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيد جداً العيب الوحيد هي نزول وخسوف الشوارع فيها وتكثر بها الحفر نظراً لمرور السيارات الكبيرة واعدمت الطريق وفي فصل الصيف موقع الإسكان تكثر فيه الغبار ويحتاج إلى حزام شجري من ناحية الغرب
Very good, the only defect is the descent and eclipse of the streets in them, and the abundance of potholes due to the passage of large cars and the road to be executed, and in the summer the housing site is abundant in dust and needs tree belt from the west

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يفتقر لكثير من الأمور منها احتياج المواطن للخدمات العامه واحتاج المنزل للمياه حيث يتم تعبئة الخزانات بمياه الآبار عن طريق الصهاريج ووجود مشاكل في المباني من الناحيه الإنشائية مثل التصدعات والتمديدات وأغلب الاشخاصلم يسكنو في هذي الفلل لعدم وجود الخدمات وسوء حال الشبكه الموجوده. ووجود حديقه ليست بالشيئ المطلوب.. واتمنى وجود من يهتم ويقوم بالصيانه الدوريه على السكن بالكامل وشكرا
He lacks many things, including the citizen’s need for public services and the house’s need for water, as reservoirs are filled with water wells through cisterns, and there are problems in buildings from a construction point of view, such as cracks and extensions, and most people do not live in these villas for lack of services and poor condition of the existing network. And having a garden is not the required thing .. I hope that someone cares and performs periodic maintenance on the entire housing. Thank you.
