★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مرحبا ، كانت لي تجربه مع مكتب الارين ، تعاقدت معاهم على المخطط كامل ، تجربتي جزء منها ناجح و هي المخطط الانشائي و المعماري ابدعوا فيه ، وجزء منها فاشل وهو التصميم الداخلي ولم استفد منه لعدم اتقانهم واغلب التصاميم مقتبسه ويصعب تطبيقها على الواقع ولا ترتكز على اساس . يعطون وعود وهميه للحضور للموقع في محاولة للمماطله لتسليم بنود العقد ، من تجربتي اخذت سنتين لإكمال بنود العقد والى الان لم تكتمل ، واضطريت للاستعانه بمكاتب اخرى لمتابعة وتكملة بنود العقد التي لم تكتمل .
Hello, I had an experience with Alaren's office, I contracted with them on the whole plan, my experience is part of it successful and it is the structural and architectural plan they were creative in it, and part of it failed which is the interior design and I did not benefit from it because of their mastery and most of the designs are adapted and difficult to apply on reality and are not based on . They give fake promises to come to the site in an attempt to delay the delivery of the terms of the contract, from my experience it took two years to complete the terms of the contract and until now it has not been completed, and I had to seek the help of other offices to follow up and complete the terms of the contract that were not completed.
