★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في موظف اسمه عبدالرحيم، قمة في الوقاحة وقلة الذوق وعدم الاحترام والكذب، ويأخر الزبون بدون سبب. ما انصحكم تتعاملوا معاه ابدا.
ولكن يوجد موظف اخر اسمه حسام، الصراحه محترم جدا وقمة في الأدب و الذوق و تقدير الزبون وخدمته بأفضل صورة.
الإدارة جدا متجاوبة ماشاءالله، كان عندي مشكله مع الوقح عبدالرحيم لكن تواصلت مع الإدارة من خلال واتساب الدعم الفني ، و الإدارة تتدخلت وحلت الموضوع بصورة افضل من الي انا كنت متوقعها.
ملخص الحكاية، خدمتهم كويسه بس اهم شئ لا تتعاملوا مع المدعو عبدالرحيم، و معطيهم ٥ نجوم بسبب تجاوب الإدارة و تقديرهم للعميل.
There is an employee named Abdul Rahim, who is a top in rudeness, lack of taste, disrespect and lying, and the customer is late for no reason. I do not advise you to deal with him at all.
But there is another employee named Hussam. Honesty is very respectful and a top in manners, taste, customer appreciation and service in the best way.
The administration is very responsive, Mashallah. I had a problem with the rude Abdel Rahim, but I contacted the administration through WhatsApp technical support, and the administration intervened and resolved the issue better than what I expected.
Summary of the story, their service is good, but the most important thing is not to deal with the so-called Abdul Rahim, and I give them 5 stars because of the management's response and appreciation for the customer.
