★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs down & absolutely horrible! Go here if you want to be mortified. I just downgraded my review from 4 stars to 1 stars. Unfortunately, can not rate 0 stars. Have been going here since three years. It was indeed a good service center with an engineer called Salman who was a complete professional & gentleman. But things have been straight downhill. Now there's an engineer called Mustafa, extremely rude and arrogant. Today, we took our Mercedes car because its bonnet was raised up. This man, came, said replacement spring would be 200/-. When we further enquired, he asked to open the bonnet. Once we obliged, he merely lifted the bonnet and closed it. Then he demanded 100/- at once! We were initially surprised, even thinking he was joking. But he was adamant. We went to the office to reason with the Manager reminding him that Mustafa did not initially mention about his inspection charges or do any kind of replacement but he too shook his head in resilience. Being a regular customer did not help us. We agreed to give payment and left the service center.
So in my humble opinion, I cannot recommend this place even in the worst scenarios only unless if anyone wants to be ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed back and front break pads. Finished in less than 2 hours, fast as promised, didn’t need to book an appointment days before, original pads from Mercedes but cheaper labor cost. Now been driving for 18 days and no issues at all. Plus, great attitude from employees.
