★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه ماهي على حسب توقعاتي صراحة طلبت عطر واعطوني عطرغير اللي انا طالبه واتصلت بهم قالوا لي، نبدل لك وجلست اكثر من اسبوع ولابدلولي وبعد قلوا لي اقرب محل العربيه للعود يبدل لك وبحت اخدت تكسي على شان ابدل وصلت للمحل يقولي المصري مابدلك الإبل فاتوره قلت له انا شاري من المتجر الاكتروني وبعد كلام طويل عريض كلمت الشكاوي وقلت له خذكلم المشرف وبعد مكالمه قال واحد بس ابدلهلانه الايميل جاني بواحد والثاني بعد فتره نبدله لك خدمه سيئه للغايه المفروض يبدلون ويعطون هديه بعد بكسب الزبون مو يبهذلونه

I sat for more than a week and did not replace me. After they told me, the nearest Arabic Oud shop would replace it for you. A buyer from the online store, and after a long and wide talk, I spoke to the complaints and told him, “Take a call to the supervisor.” After his call, he said one, but I will replace the email with one, and the second after a while, we will replace it with you for a very bad service. They should replace and give a gift after winning the customer. They do not waste it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف الدب الي لابس غتره كأنه سعودي غير محترم ولا يحترم العميل. انا واقف طنشني وراح لعميل آخر. آمل منكم تعليمه الادب وتدريبه على مقابلة الرجال. يمكن ما عمرة خاوى رجال ولا مشى معهم.
