★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be Honest I love this Brand Arabian Aud. And before going for my vacation to London I unfortunately visited this particular branch at evening time on 18th July (as this was on my way).Here the Staff the Egyptian guy has poisonous tongues and no manners at all. I am surprise why a Reputed Firm keep so cheap employees who is spoiling the complete reputation of Arabian Aud Company. This guy cannot even speak English and shouting in high pitch in Arabic. I was intended to buy perfumes nearly 4000 Sar as I wanted to gift it to back in London but due to this guy’s behavior I walked out from the shop and opted for “Mukhallat al Shams from Ajmal Perfumes”.
I Request Arabian Aud kindly keep professional & well-mannered staff and not to lose your customer having a permanent bad reputation for your company. Kindly Check your CCTV Camera footage you can keep eye on behavior of your staff and where you are losing your business.
