★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع جيد العاملين متعاونين جدا ويوجد أسواق في الجهة المقابلة بقية الخدمات ليست قريبة الأسعار مقاربة لاسعار الشقق الاخرى والنظافة متوسطة ودورات المياه قديمة التكييف لايعمل بشكل متواصل .تجربة لا أجد مايدفعني الى تكرارها مالم يتم تطوير هذه الشقق والاهتمام بها .

2 الاداره تعاملهم سيء
3 النضافه سيئه والحمام قديم

الحمام ضيق وغير ملائم لكبار السن لأن مقعده عربي وبالنسبة للسيفون فهو خربان وعلى دورة المياة ملاحظات عدة .... اما المطبخ فلايوجد مطبخ خدمة .. ونظافة سرير الغرفة(غير نظيف) والمرتبه غير مريحه والموكيت غير نظيف ومهتري وبشكل عام وبالمختصر فإن المكان لايصلح إلا لمن هم غير مهتمين بالنظافة والراحة
