★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تقييمهم بالسالب طبعا .. مكتب مايقدم للمستأجر اي خدمه .. كلامهم طيب لكن فعلهم سيء .. فعلا عجيب للاسف طبعا انقطعت الماء اسبوعين وخرب الدينمو ومحد تحرك .. بس كلام فاضي ومافي اي تغير بالموضوع ..
ايضا ... مايوقفون مع المستاجر ابد اهم شي المالك .. ويطالبونك بدفع الاجار في فترة جمع العفش لو هي اسبوع ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو في تقييم بالسالب أعطيتهم .. أسوأ مكتب عقار تعاملت معه .. أنصح بالابتعاد عنه .. بالبداية خذ كلام معسول لين توثق العقد ويأخذ عمولته ثم يظهر الوجه الحقيقي .. + أخذ قيمة سعي بقيمة أعلى مِن القيمة النظامية وهي نسبة ٢.٥٪ .. والسبب يقول العقود التي تتجاوز ٢٠ ألف ريال فإن قيمة السعي ألف ريال .. ثم بعدما تواصلت مع منصة ايجار تبين لي عدم صحة كلامه وأخبروني بأنها قيمة مخالفة والصحيح هو نسبة ٢.٥٪ فقط
