العمل فيه يستأنف سنوياً في موسم الحج بعد تجهيزات وترتيبات كبيرة.
فيه كثير من الإنضباط والمتابعة في العمل.
العمل يستمر ليلاً ونهار من أجل تغطية الكمية المطلوبة لسقيا الحجاج.
في داخل المصنع يلتزمون بتوجيهات الجودة. يتم أخذ الإحتياطات اللازمة من اجل السلامة.
ولكن المراقبين والمشرفين على المركزية يتعاملون بإسلوب سيء مع العمال وسائقي الدينات.
مراقبين المركزية يتعاملون بإستعلا وفوقية ولاتوجد إدارة تراقبهم وتضبط تعاملهم وتحل المشاكل التي تنشأ بينهم وبين عمال ومراقبين التوزيع.
هناك خلل في الجانب الرقابي على المراقبين.
أما أسوأ شيء هو تأخير الفلوس عن موعدها المتفق عليه في العقد بين المتعهد والعمال وظلننا ننتظر لأكثر من 20 يوم بدون عمل وحتى تدخلت الشرطة.
ارجو بذل المزيد من الرعاية والإهتمام ووضع الترتيبات والضوابط التي تحفظ حق الجميع والالتزام بها.
