★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rice and kabob with garlic are amazing and not too pricey (5SAR for a rice bowl). But their customer service, sanitation and waiting times are horrendous. Even when trying to order in advance (via app/telephone) they would take the same amount of time if not more so i don't understand why go through the trouble of downloading the app?, waiting time I'm referring to, is not estimated during rush hours or when they are crowded but rather when they have a few if no customers at all and still would take over than 35min for a simple rice and chicken. Their staff usually engage in a shout match with their PAYING customers (the "dinner and show" activity u would expect from such a fine establishment). It's a shame really, they have excellent varity in terms of food, price and taste but still they are outmatched by their compitation because they refuse to improve on the three points i just mentioned and sadly it's been this way since ever (since they opened this branch) and no real improvements have been touched upon since.
P.s I don't wish to talk about their general sanitation or how clean their Batrooms are, let's just say you're better off going to the adjacent restaurant and using their washrooms instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can wait for 1 hour only for a small order then you are welcome there. Lol very very slow processing of orders. I ordered a crispy roll meal at 10.20 PM and received it at 11.18 PM. Think twice before going there.
