They need serious improvement in organizing of their all branchs, to cover speed of service through good management, improve their drive through, improve the training to their staff to be more efficient.
Even high management (most importantly) need more improvement to reflect it to their staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this restuarant, if you are craving for rice chicken, or fried chicken with bread. Before you travel Usfan, Tuwal, Madinah, Yanbo this restuarant is just beside Haramain highway. And there's gasoline station here and bakala's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best broast chicken restaurants in Saudi Arabia if you ask me. All of their stores give top service to their customers and their dining areas are VERY spacious. The food and packaging shouts premium. Definitely worth the price!
