★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسب تجربتي ومحاسب على كل حرف يكتب، شركة توجد بها أمانة ومصداقية في عملها المخلص من بنية التحتية حتى بعد منتصف العمل قام فريق بتعديل بعض الملاحظات احترازيا. وشاكر لهم على العمل المخلص. صحيح في تأخير بتسليم لأسباب من مصالح المشتري وتم تغير الأبواب والطاقات / الشبابيك لجودة أفضل .
وملاحظة التأخير من قبل شركة الكهرباء وليس من المطور .
والصبر مفتاح الفرج واتمنى لكم التوفيق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ع من يريد ان يشتري منهم ان ينتبه ويسأل عنها قبل ويسأل من تملك من هذه الشركة كساكنين مشروع البيت الحر ع طريق نجم الدين وساكنين مشروع الجوهره اعتقد بالملقا حسب معلوماتي ،، وينتبه للعديد من الملاحظات ولا يغّره الكلام عند الشراء والضمان وبعد ذلك سوف تعاني معهم لأشياء واضحه ،، وسيتم ارسال برقيه لمعالي وزير الإسكان هذه الأيام لإطلاعه ع عيوب ومعاناة من اشترى من هذه الشركه وعانى معهم لمحاسبتهم لأخذهم فوق حقهم و الجوده والخدمه دون المستوى وكذلك للإنتباه لمشروع الفلل التي تبنيها الوزاره معهم ،،، مثال ع ذلك تموجات في اللياسه للجدران و أبواب الحديد للفيلا القص قص غير جيد وليس ع حجم الباب ( هل الأبواب الحديده تشمر او تقصر بعد سنتين او ثلاث !!!!) ، شقوق في جدار الحوش ،، دهان غير فعّال وليس عملي ابداً لجدران الفيلا والحوش تظهر فيه عيوب خدوش كثيره ،، تمديد ماصورة الصرف من البيّاره من داخل البيت ( تجد نفس المشروع جيرانك عندهم هالماصوره موصله من قبل الشركه وانت لا ،، وعند المطالبه يقولون ماندري من وصلها ولا لنا علاقه ( شر البليّة ما يضحك) ،،،، ارجو نشرها للوعي ولكي لا تنصدم ولا تلقى حقك معهم .. ( ملاحظات اخرى عند بيعهم لك للفيلا لا يوفرون او يضعون لك بلاط إضافي لسيراميك الحوش او داخل البيت ،، ويقولون شركه وخدمات وجوده ،، وتقع في مشكله ))

(note Others, when they sell you the villa, do not provide or put additional tiles for the ceramics of the yard or inside the house,, and they say the company and the services of its existence,, and you fall into a problem))
