★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MaShaAllah the hotel was great for the price, very good location with local amenities, only 2 riyal fare from Haram I advise to utilise it as the uphill could be very challenging, Jazak Allah khayran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel with worth of the daily cost is very nice. Just less then 2kM from Haram. All kind of food is available within 1 KM.
Taxi easily available at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean. I had an unusal circumstance. Iwas there for 13 days in the last 10 of Ramadan. The next day i checked in my mother passed away i had to rush home for her funeral. After that i wanted to come back. Though the rooms were full Saleem the manager gave me a room for the remaining days. Thats was a great gesture and i could come back and do an Umra for my mother. A big thank you to Saleem the friendly manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost everything was good, near to my expectations (with this price range). Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, well furnished, Baths are smaller in size but space is used nicely with fittings. Main road makes Taxi accessible easily. I stayed with my family in two rooms and everyone liked it. Will definitely be my Hotel in Future, Insha Allah.
Distance is not more but the road is in slope when going to Haram which is difficult to walk for old people but if coming from Haram, it's easy to walk. I stayed 11 days and after one week the rooms were cleaned upon asking (may be they will clean even if I will ask after 3-4 days); they should by themselves ask every 3-4 days if cleaning is required, that would be much better. Location on map is left (while coming from Haram) but actually it's right. From hotel to Haram, Taxi easily available in SAR 10 but when coming back, they ask more from SAR 20-40; SAPTCO is good option while going back from Haram to Hotel with SAR 2 ticket, all buses going to Um-Al-Qura road are passing from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is refurbished and very good value for money. The reception and staff are awesome. The furnishings are good. Restaurants, shopping for gifts and barbers are very handy. Haram is very accessible from jabal umar side. The only minor issue is some uphill climb...but there is enough taxis at very reasonable rates that can take you to haram. In short it is good and worth your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap hotel/very nice price hot in a formal way. I stayed there during my first visit to Makkah of Saudi for performing umrah. Although I did not stay for a long only for one night because I stayed with my b friends in their own m place. But found very satisfactory during my visit to hotel. Reception guy found cordial. If one wants to stay at a low but very good place and n nearer to haram you can choose the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the reception desk personnel should be more skillful and understanding. The lack of understanding of languages other than arabic was a disaster. When a place with full of international tourists, they should recruit the persons who are familiar english or other popular language. Otherwise the hotel is overall good.
