★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This historic palace was built in 1325 AH, and was used by King Abdul Aziz for his residence, and is unique in design and architectural style. It is located in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the Al-Ma’bada neighborhood. It includes many Islamic artistic and decorative elements, and its area is estimated at thousand square meters, and it has a main entrance as a gate in the middle of the northern façade, two secondary entrances, and an annex to the building in the northeastern corner is like a castle or war tower.
Must visit while in Makkah.
