★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Munawirra is literally the worst dentist I have been to. Unprofessional service and rude attitude. I waited for two hours and when I got in, she asked me to come back the next day because she did not have time. Then why do they give appointment in the first place? After a little discussion, she agreed. But I swear it was the worst treatment I received. My teeth is super sensitive after the treatment and I can't eat/drink anything. She also took extra money other than insurance and guess what she said? She said "we get very little from insurance so I will only do it if you pay SAR 100 more". She gave a bill of 200 at first for CLEANING only and then again another bill of 100!! All for cleaning only!!! I am not one to give reviews, but I really don't want anyone else to go through it especially because your teeth is important and has to be in safe hands. I strongly don't recommend Dr Munawirra for your teeth because she is clearly unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a bad service after all. Its just that i told the receptionist that i need an appointment with the ortho but instead send me to general doctor and then send me again to the receptionist area that i have to wait for another line. They are all accommodating
