ادارة فاشلة وعدم احترام للعملاء
تواصلت مع الإدارة بالرياض لإرسال كتاب لفرع المدينة، وجاء الكتاب وباعوه، رغم اني ترك رقمي عند الموظف بالمدينة ولم يتصل ولا يرد على اتصالاتي، ويتهم الإدارة بانهم ما سجلوا عليه انه محجوز، والادارة تزعم انهم سجلوا اسمي ورقم جوالي على الكتاب، شيء ما يصدقه مجنون مو عاقل.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكتبة أصبحت مهملة رغم أنها تحتوي على كتب متنوعة وجيدة ولكن أصبحت تحتاج إلى الكثير من الاهتمام والتنظيف والتنظيم والترتيب لذا أرجو منهم نظرة للمكتبة حتى يمكنهم التغلب على المنافسين والتوسع مطلوب في حال إصلاح حال المكتبة من الداخل.

الكتب مغبرة وغير مرتبة
والأسعار مرتفعة
ولا تفتح بعد الصلاة إلا بوقت طويل تنتظر ربع ساعة وأكثر
