Y	Yachiru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this hotel is how spacious the rooms are the rest is so bad; bad reception very old and rusty furniture towels smell so bad, and bad maintenance i think they never maintained the bathrooms and the kitchens they are in bad shape the only reason that would make recommend this hotel is if you are on a budget and will bring your towels with you.

R	Roshaan Arshad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is easily one of the best hotels in Makkah. Excellent service throughout. The shuttle driver named Anwar went above and beyond in his service. He fought any language barrier we faced and in my opinion is an excellent example of a person from Allah, honest and upright. Would recommend anyone coming to Makkah for Umrah to stay here at this hotel. The rooms had plentiful space and the overall vibe from the hotel and it's surroundings was peaceful, unlike the hotels closer to the Haram. Hotel had dedicated a floor to a masajid and was brilliantly done. I urge everyone to stay here.
S	Shery's Toys and Games on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is OK to book if any other hotel is not available but it is not a very good choice.. rooms are good and clean but have only beds, dressing and a cupboard..kitchen has nothing except one kettle and fridge... no tissues even in toilet, no water, no tea or coffee stuff, no locker... only soap is available in bathrooms no other toiletries... so when you book here bring all stuff with you...
