★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يوجد مواقف. ولا ادنى وسائل السلامة. والطوابير تصل الى خارج المصرف في لهيب الشمس. بلا ارقام. علاوة على تعامل سيء من الموظف الذي يخفي هويته فلا يضع بطاقة باسمه. ولا يتفاهم بأي طريقة اخرى سوى ان تقف امامه في الطابور. دون مراعاة لظروفك الصحية.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudeness at it’s finest customer service! I came in at 5:15’ i was told by the guard that number dispensing machine was not working’ but did not make it clear that i can’t do any transaction. So’ i waited on the queue for 20 minutes’ when it was already my turn and i’m the last customer’ i was told that i cannot transact because i have no number! When i went to the guard to make it clear that i was there since 5:15, he just “laughed”! And they saw me all the time standing there waiting! He told me that i did not understand the meaning of system closed for the number dispensing machine! “Esh yani system closed”? We’ll to my understanding’ the computers inside are working’ eventhough the number dispensing machine is not! And he saw me standing on the queue! No tiniest effort of concern to tell me that i cannot transact coz i don’t have any number! Instead he laughed at me! This kind of saudi people is making very bad impressions to the Good Saudis who are working hard to prove themselves! Shame on this kind of people!
