★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are quite small but very strongly built. The compound itself has no facilities and no neat spaces to walk or cycle. It just has a large ground to do all activities which I think makes it congested and crowded. According to this i think the rent is too much. The people are hospitable and sweet, many indians in this community with mix religions of Muslims and Hindus mainly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old buildings, no facilities, buildings are unclean, and children make a lot of noise, stay away from this compound, the ac is almost 40 years old, waste of money, there have been cases of kidnapping and robbery as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old buildings, unhygienic, no maintenance, half of the year AC doesnt even work, too much noise of children playing, rude tenants, better to stay away, no value for money, Akaria compound is much better, no facilities like swimming pool, or basketball court, just total garbage.

Who love to walk or sit and relax can use this place. 2 and 3 bhk are available here. Best structured houses. Best place for the people Who loves to socialise with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good housing compound, with play area for kids. Though the buildings are old, but apartments are spacious and nicely built. The biggest advantage to live in Al Rajhi compound is the it's location, just 3-5 min walking distance from NMEI school.
