★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ذهبت لتحديث بيانات الهوية لدى احد موظفين الراجحي المالية. قام الموظف (عبدالعزيز ) اول مكتب على اليسار بتدوين رقم هويتي في ورقه لديه وقال خلاص بعد ٤٨ ساعه راح تفتح معك المحفظة. والان اكملت ثلاث ايام ولم يتم التحديث.
خدمة سيئة وتضرب مشوار في الزحمات وتاخذ لك وقت عشان تحصل موقف وبالاخير يكتب رقم هويتك في ورقه ويقولك خلاص توكل على الله. بدون ماتعبي نموذج رسمي ولا حاجه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع والله العظيم انه سيئ جدًا مزدحم ولا يوجد الا موظف و تعاملهم للأسف سيئ مع انها كانت النية بتجربة البنك بس بعد اللي شفته للأسف ما كنت متوقع استقبالهم وتعاملهم كذا

After all that there is no peppers for bank statements???♂️
