★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف مدير البنك غير متعاون مع العملاء وللأسف الي عندة واسطة يمشونة قبل أصحاب الأرقام المنتظرين. وهذا غير مستغرب على بنوك الراجحي الاحترافية لديهم مفقودة عكس البنوك الأخرى التي تحترم العميل.
 Unfortunately, the bank manager is not cooperating with customers, and unfortunately he has an intermediary that walks before the waiting number owners. This is not surprising for Al-Rajhi Banks, which are professional in their absence, unlike other banks that respect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا جديد نفس الاعذار اما كل واحد يرميك على الثاني أو السستم عطلان احسن مافيهم حارس الأمن الله يسعده، اما الباقيين حرام فيهم المكان الا من رحم ربي.
There are no new excuses, the same. Either everyone throws you at the second or the system is broken. The best of them is the security guard, may God make him happy. As for the rest, the place is forbidden to them, except for those on whom my Lord has mercy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف مدير الفرع لا يستحق كونه مدير . لا حسن تصرف و سوء تعامل .
أخرني عن انجاز طلبي نصف ساعة بسبب سوء توصيل معلومة .
وعند التواصل مع احد الموظفين فكان الاسلوب نسخة من مديره .
Unfortunately, the branch manager does not deserve to be a manager. No good or bad behavior.
He delayed me from completing my order half an hour due to poor delivery of information.
And when communicating with one of the employees, the method was a copy of his manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء ما في الفرع مدير الفرع وانا ناوي ارفع عليه شكوه لانو ما يستحق منصبه يمكن افضل ما في الفرع حارس الامن لحسن اخلاقة وتعامله جدير بخدمة العملاء اكثر من المدير ما ادري كيف صار مدير وهو المفروض اكثر واحد حريص على العميل ولا البنك ما صار بنك بدون فلوس الناس اخرني عنده نظراته كاني شغال عنده جاي اصرف شيك ورثه ويرسليني للموظفين و الموظفين يرسلوني للمدير اقسم بالله ولا كاني بطالب بحقي كني بشحت منهم فلوس ولا بيتصدقو عليا
The worst thing in the branch is the manager of the branch and I intend to file a complaint against him because he does not deserve his position.
