كما عهدنا بنك الراجحي سيء لكن هذا الفرع بلغ درجة من السوء لاتوصف لااستقبال ولا خدمة ولا أي شيء مجرد اسم فرع فقط لاغير >جلست لمن طفشت ومشيت ومافي الا انا فقط وكنت ابي المدير لكن صرفني كالعادة ورحت وماستفدت شيء

انا وصلت الساعة 9:45 والبنك مقغل قالو لي نفتح الساعة 10 مع انه مكتوب 9 ونص مما اظطرني اساتذن من دوامي عشان اخلص موظوعي ان شاء الله مستقبلا احول الى بنك آخر

يذلونك ذل مو طبيعي كأنك جاي تشحذ لا اخلاق ولا اسلوب وما يخدموووووك والله ما يخدمون شغلتي تافهه بس بحدث السجل التجاري قعدت عندهم ثلاث ايام كل يوم اجي وفاليوم الواحد اقعد عندهم ٣ ساعات او ساعتين وشي اقسم بالله يلا ان شاء الله زي ما يخدمو الناس يحصلو الي يخدمهم نفس الخدمه الله يحرقهم

تجربتي معهم بالسحب اسوء فرع اخذت ساعتين وليت قدامي ناس كثير اعذرهم ماقدامي الا اعداد قليله ويقدمون ناس ع بعض عشوائيه وعدم ترتيب

اتمنى من قوقل يضيفون خاصية (التقييم بالسالب ) عشان نعطي هالبنك حقه في التقييم لأن والله حتى النجمة كثييييرة عليه في البداية يحاولو يصرفوك ( اتصل ع الهاتف المصرفي ، موضوعك لازم اونلاين ) واذا ماقدرو يصرفوك وجلست لاتفرح الموظفين مزاجيين مايعترفوا بالسرى أو الارقام أو النظام كل موظف يختار المراجع اللي يبيه ( تعال انت .. قوم انت ) وشاشة الارقام ماتشتغل وإذا إشتغلت مايتقيدوا فيها الأخلاق صفررر ، والخصوصية صفر .. كل اللي بالبنك يعرفوا انك جاي تاخذ قرض من صوت الموظف ? هذا غير التأخييييير وتعطيل مصالح الناس قدر المستطاع عشان تطفش وتمشي

صراحة ما اعرف فائدة الارقام اذا الموظفين يدخلوا معارفهم بغير رقم، انا العميل رقم ٤ في الانتظار والى الان ٣٠ دقيقة الانتظار.. هل يعقل ان كل الاربعة موظفين على المكاتب يحتاجوا في خدمة كل عميل في ٣٠ دقيقة؟ والمشكلة انه اللي اخذوا الارقام قبلي الثلاثة كلهم على كراسي الانتظار.. فما اعرف الصراحة الفرع فاتح عشان خدمة المعارف ولا العملاء.. بالاخير رميت الرقم ومشيت ولا ادري الى متى كنت راح انتظر ??‍♂️
