اللي يطامر هو الأولى
لمن دخلت اشوف مافيه أرقام وانتظرت اكثر من نص ساعة واللي جاي بعدي توه بس يطامر يخدموه وشفت الوضع وطامرت وتم خدمتي على طول

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فتحت حساب لأبني واستلم بطاقة صراف
وأسبوع وتجمد حسابه ورحت لهم وقالوا فيه أوراق ناقصة فكملناها وقالوا ٢٤ ساعة والحساب مفتوح وسافرت وللأسف أسبوعين والوضع كما هو ورجعت لهم مرة ثانية ونفس الموال فيه أوراق ناقصة ونعتذر منك و٢٤ ساعة وتضبط أمورك
والآن !!! ٧٢ لا حياة لمن تنادي
وأنا الآن رايح لهم للمرة الثالثة والمشكلة ٤٠كيلو رايح ٤٠ كيلو جاي والهاتف المصرفي يقول لازم تراجع الفرع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited second time for my CIC update. Sense of supporting their customers is not visible. CIC update wasn’t done during first visit and now during second time, they advised to visit another branch.
Visited branch manager office, he replied rudely to sit outside even without looking at me.
So unprofessional, no customer support and no empathy at all. Won’t be advising anyone to visit that branch.
