S	Saleem Alfidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زيارتي للفرع كانت مع أحد الزملاء وانطباعه عن الفرع ومما أسمع أيضاً من المواطنين سيء.. تعامل موظفي الفرع لا يشجع على التعامل معهم وهناك بعض الخدمات العادية التي يحتاج العملاء فيها إلى واسطة أو معرفة داخل البنك لإتمامها.. وأسوأ الانطباعات هو عدم وجود فرع للسيدات في المحافظة وهذا يشمل جميع البنوك مع أن المحافظة تعتبر من أكثر محافظات منطقة تبوك اكتضاضا بالسكان My visit to the branch was with a colleague and his impression of the branch, and what I hear from citizens is also bad .. The branch employees do not encourage dealing with them and there are some regular services in which clients need intermediary or knowledge within the bank to complete them .. And the worst impressions is that there is no branch for women in Governorate This includes all banks, although the governorate is one of the most densely populated governorates in Tabuk

He treat most of the customers like bank robbers . Rude behaviour...and doesn't allow customers to meet customer service without fully explaining him . So customers must explain the issus for him first.. this bank doesn't meet al rahji bank standard. Please look into this matter as we have only one branch at Umluj.
