★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مثال واضح لأسوأ بنك في العالم سيئ سيئ سيئ جداً، شعرت في هذا البنك بالإهانة وتم ظلمي من قبل المدير في وضح النهار. ورفعت شكوى لكن مامن مجيب ما أقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.
 A clear example of the worst bank in the world is bad, bad, very bad, I felt in this bank insulted and was unjusted by the director in broad daylight. And raised a complaint but Mamn respond to what I say but God and yes agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت رقم واناظر والموظفين٤ ما عندهم احد، جيت لاحدهم قلت عندك احد ، قال اجلس الين ننادي اسمك، جلست ٥ دقايق على هالحال ولا تحركت الارقام وهم فاضين ، بالاخير طلعت من الغبنه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفين هذا الفرع اخلاقهم زفت الافضل تروح الفرع اللي داخل السوق راح تلاقي موظف في كونتر جنب جهاز الخدمات الاكترونيه والله انه انسان لطيف في تعامله وراح ساعدك في إنها طلبك ويستحق كل احترام وتقدير

جميع الخدمات ممتازه والموظفين متعاونين ممتازين
والأفضل فيهم مدير الفرع متعاون جدا مع العملاء ويخدمك وكأنه موظف عادي
One of the best branches
All services are excellent and the staff are very helpful
The best of them is the branch manager who is very cooperative with clients and serves you like a regular employee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكينة الخدمة الذاتية معطلة‘ و مستخسرين يضعون عليها ورقة مكتوب فيها ( عطلانه ) بدال ماتضيع وقتك معها. ( قد يكون جهل من مسؤولي الفرع أو لامبالاة منهم ، أو قد يكون السبب مركزية القرارات وسوء الادارة في الادارة العامة للبنك )
تحاول تطبع بطاقة تمشي معك كل الخطوات الطويلة حتى النهاية . لكن بلا نتيجة تعتقد ان البطاقات داخلها نفذت أو الاتصال تعثر هذه المره
تحاول مرة ثانية يوم ثاني و ثالث ‘ حتى تصادف السيكيورتي يقول لك عطلانه لها اسبوعين!!!

(It may be ignorance or indifference of the branch officials, or the reason may be centralized decisions and mismanagement in the general management of the bank)
She tries to print a card that walks you all the long steps to the end. But with no result, you think that the cards inside are out of order or the connection has faltered this time
You try again, on the second and third day, until you come across the security, who tells you that it is idle for two weeks !!!

أتمنى من عملاء البنك أن يتخذوا موقف من الراجحي وخدمته الزفت هو يتضخم رصيده بسببهم وهم يتسولون خدماته أتمنى فتح حسابات في بنوك اخرى وتحويل رواتبهم وارصدتهم كي يتأدب هو وغيره
