★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع ان خدمة العملاء مافيها الا موظف واحد لكن من افضل الموظفين خدوم وسريع بالخدمة واخلاقه جدا عاليه. عن 10 موظفين ماشاء الله عليه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا الفرع لا يوجد به إلى خدمة عملاء شخص واحد وخدمة الصرافين اثنين هل هذا بنك يا أخوان الآن بنك الراجحي اكثر بنك عملاء في السعودية وجايب لي شخص واحد خدمة عملاءوا الصرفين شخصين هل هذا معقول يعني الواحد يوصل 9:00 يطلع الساعه 11 ما في مواقف بعد. ثم ذهبت أنا إلى فرع مشرفة اللي في الملز لا يوجد به اثنين خدمة عملاء وثلاثة صرافين هل هذا معقول أكثر عملاء في السعودية في مصرف الراجحي وبالأخير جايب لي خمس موظفين روح شوف المنافسين البنوك الأخرى ألقي نظرة يا بنك الراجحي على البنوك الأخرى وشوف الخدمة العملاء حقتهم وشوف الفرق اللي بينك وبينهم. لهذا يا مصرف الراجحي كثروا موظفين((((( يالبخلاء ))))
