★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I approached for opening a new current account, but they refused me to take an account. They said, they will allow only to engineers or doctors. I met manager, and he also rejected me.
Then I contacted the Al Rajhi Customer Center by email and asked whether there is any law like that. They replied there is no such rule and everyone can get an account. I printed this email and went again and showed this email print. Then only I got an account. They are very impolite and rude. But other branches are okay i think.

IDIOT! after waiting for 1 hour! useless sales person. I do not recommend this branch. never ever come to this branch again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just uploaded 2 pictures for self services machone and one more picture for help machine. I just printed out new ATM card but for 35 Riyal which is expensive. Nice self services from Alrajhi bank but i also feel that they cheated me. My 3 stars rating is for the machine and not for the bank services as i am not happy with the bank in many occasions. How come my card is damage while it has no damage sign and not broken?? If damaged how come i can access my card at ATM machines but can't cash deposit?? Bank people yold me to get new ATM card while it still has 12 months before card gets expired. I think it was trick from the bank to make people pay for new cards, that's how to make money from people. Shame of you!
