ومراقبة التقييمات في الرياض وذلك لرفع الجودة والكفاءة أو محاسبة التقصير
لأنك تذهب لفرع آخر ويخدمك !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع ممتاز وميزته يوجد فيه قسم للنساء .. يحتاج فقط ان يوضع به جهاز الخدمه الذاتية وأيضاً يفضّل الانتقال لمكان اخر حيث ان الفرع صغير الى حد ما ومواقفه قليلة والان حوطة سدير والمدن والقرى المجاوره لها تطورت وكثر عدد السكان واصبحت بحاجة لفرع أكبر
The branch is excellent and its advantage has a section for women .. It only needs to place the self-service device in it and also it is preferable to move to another place as the branch is somewhat small and its positions are few and now Houta Sudair and the neighboring cities and villages have developed and the number of residents increased and became in need of a larger branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ محد وده يشتغل .. 6 موظفين ومافيه الا واحد بالشباك وبطيء جدا .. الباقين كثرة حركة ع لا شيء (يعني اني مشغول) مع انهم يشوفون العملاء متكدسين !
انتظرت فوق 40 دقيقة وماجاء دوري وطلعت .. وخلال هالفترة تم خدمة عميلين فقط !!
اسوأ فرع زرته
6 working staff and only one with the net and very slow .. The rest is a lot of traffic, nothing (I mean busy), they are showing customers congested!
I waited for over 40 minutes and did my turn and Talat .. During the period was served only two customers !!

The worst bank branches and banks at all .. Employees who seek to steal customers by methods that are not professional, and do not care about customers. Lack of interest and lack of credibility are their hallmarks.

BEAUTIFUL WORLD on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice n beautifully designed place in small area inside city. Fullfills demands of so many customers bcoz its providing services close to their home. but one thing need improvement there if anybody want cash transactions a then wastes too much time. Even one customer have to spend more than Half an hour. if i go there an i wait for my turn ,then its surity i hv to waste my 1.5 to 2 Hours there. Thats why i give 3 star bcoz i waited there more than 2 hours many time for my activation ATm card n first cash Transaction.
But staff is fully co-operative
