 One of the best Al-Rajhi branches that I have entered, I am very satisfied,, The employees are fine and served me quickly,, and I would like to especially thank the employee Yasser Al-Waqisi, may God be pleased and comfort his heart and grant him all that he wishes for,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كل فروع الراجحي صارت تعبانه وسيئه بتعاملها.. بس ذا الفرع بالذات ياخذ المرتبه الأولئ بالتصررريف وسوء التعامل .. تقولهم بودع فلوس الموظف يقولك الايداع واقف. تروحلهم تفتح حساب يقولك السستم واقف. تروحلهم تجدد بطاقه يقولو ماعندنا طباعه تطلبها من مكينه الصراف وتحدد المكان وتستلمها من الفرع يلي تحدده. اقسم بالله ٤ سنين جنب البنك وبيني وبينه كم متر لاكني اكره اني ادخله لاتف سبب.... لاني حفظتهم وحفظت اعزارهم وتصريفاتهم. والموطفين تلاقيهم لاشغله ولامشغله ومعطلين خلق الله وجايي يداوم بدون نفس ولو تساله يرد بدون مايطالع ايش بسوي علئ المكتب. حتئ مدير الفرع نفسه مايداوم الكلام يشمل جميع الموظفين بالفرع اتمنئ اي إداري محترم بالراجحي يجي بنفسه ويشوف لو ماطشوه وصرفوه بحق
All of Al-Rajhi's branches have become tired and bad with their dealings.. but this particular branch takes the first place with slander and mishandling.. You tell them to deposit the employee's money, he tells you the deposit is standing. Trohelhm open an account tells you the system is standing. You send them to renew their card. They say we don't have a print. You order it from the teller machine, specify the place, and receive it from the branch you specify. I swear to God for 4 years next to the bank and how many meters between me and it, but I hate that I enter it for no reason.... because I have memorized them and preserved their honors and disposals. And the employees you find to occupy him or not, and they are disabled by God’s creation, and he is coming to work without a breath, and if you ask him, he will reply without looking at what else can be done at the desk. Even the branch manager himself does not keep talking about all the employees in the branch. I wish any respected administrator in Al-Rajhi to come himself and see if they did not spend it and spent it right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يا ناس هذول فين مصرف الراجحي منهم ايش الفرع السايب ابغى اطبع بطاقه يقول الطابعه خربانه مع انه طابع لشخص قدامي وموظفين قلة ادب بصراحه ايوء فرع مر عليا
O people, where is the Al Rajhi bank? Which of them is the branch. What is the branch? I want to print a card that says the printer is ruined, even though it is a stamp for an old person, and the employees are polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه جدا رائعه من الموظف بالدور الثاني اول ما تطلع للدور الثاني على يدك اليسار اول واحد جدا قمه بالتواضع والتعامل وسرعة الانجاز بارك الله فيه وجعل عمله خالص لوجه الله والله العظيم اني ما اعرفه ولا تربطني فيه اي علاقه ولا ننسى رجل كان يعمل كالنحله باستقبال المراجعين سواء مقيم او مواطن ويذهب للموظفين ويقف عندهم ويساعدهم شكرا لكل القائمين على هذا الفرع ما شاء الله من افضل الفروع التي زرتها
A very wonderful service from the employee in the second floor. The first thing you look at the second floor is on your left hand. The first one is very humble, deal with and speed of achievement. May God bless him and make his work pure for God’s sake. I swear to God that I do not know him and I do not have any relationship with him and do not forget a man who worked like a bee in receiving the auditors, whether A resident or a citizen, and he goes to the employees and stands for them and helps them. Thank you to all those in charge of this branch, God willing, one of the best branches I visited

One of the worst branches of Al Rajhi Bank, the employee is sitting on the mobile and telling you to wait for the second employee to serve you, and every one of them picks you up. Go to the second, a failed experience.
