أسوأ فرع لأسوأ بنك في السعودية دائما مزدحم ولا يمكنك تنفيذ اي عملية الا بالواسطات والنظام دائما متعطل والموضفين يخدمونك كانهم يعطونك من جيبهم
The worst branch of the worst bank in Saudi Arabia Always busy and you can not carry out any operation except by means and the system is always idle and staff serve you as if they give you from their pocket

والله حتى النجمة واجد بس الله يهدي قوقل. فروع شرق الرياض بينهم " دراما" فرع يعطل النظام والثاني يرد عليه والضحية العملاء. لكن هذا الفرع لا زال بالمقدمة كأسوأ فرع وبلا منازع.
God even the star I find, but God guides Google. Branches east of Riyadh, including "drama" branch disrupts the system and the second is given by the victim and clients. But this branch is still the front as the worst and undisputed branch.

السلام عليكم الفرع من تفضل ما يكون ماعدا موظف واحد اسمه سيف الرشيدي اسلوب وتعامل وتربيه سيئه كنت عنده وقفل الموضوع بوجهي رحت للمدير الله يسعده تدارك الموقف وارسلني الى موظف اخر ولاكن كان معه عميل طلب من سيف الرشيدي انه يستلم معاملتي الى ان ينتهي من العميل اللى معه لاكنه رفض وقال والله ماتخلص المعامله حقتي وهو تاكي على جواله وسماعته باذنه وقال لزميله خله ينتضرك لين تخلص الي معك وانتضرت الشكوه لله مع اني عميل الراجحي والوالد منصب في الراجحي ولو اننا نفكر في الواسطات كان خلصت معاملتي وانا في البيت او حتى اتسبب بفصله ولكن انا ابغى امشي نظامي واتمنى من ادارة شئون الموظفين اتخاذ الأجراء اللازم بحق هذا الموظف قبل ان يفسد ما تبقى من موظفين صالحين
Peace be upon you, the branch is the one you prefer, except for one employee named Saif Al-Rashidi, the style, dealings and bad education I used to have and closed the matter in my face. I went to the director, may God be pleased with him to rectify the situation and send me to another employee, but there was a client with him who asked Saif Al-Rashidi that he receive my transaction until he finishes from the client who is with him But he refused and said, By God, the transaction is not my right, and he is taking on his mobile phone and hearing it with his permission and said to his colleague, let him wait for you to finish me with you, and the complaint has come to God even though I am the agent of Al-Rajhi and the father is in Al-Rajhi and if we think about the intermediaries, I would have concluded my treatment while I am at home or even cause my dismissal, but I want I walk my order and I hope the Personnel Affairs Department will take the necessary action against this employee before he spoils the remaining good employees

Very worst service. One day I have gone for my payroll account activation to this branch. The manager who sitting there not even care their customers . No answer for anything. I was taken tocken for my turn. When I was got at window, they taken my Iqama & ATM for activation. They have just taken both copies and told me after 2 hours it will be activated, you can take your salary from there. Today 5th day nothing happened and have to spend more 60 riyals for taxi to reach there. Bad and valgar service .... Keep away

Very poor service provided to new customers. I went to open an account. First the manager responsible for new accounts made me a fool and told me that he was not responsible for opening new accounts. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get to the teller and all he did was to direct me to the same person whom I met entering the bank. When I went to him again, I saw anger on his face. When I told him that the Teller has directed me to you, he told me to come next week. Well, I have no personal reasoning with any one. Just be ready for what comes ahead ;)
