★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was disappointing experience on 24Dec. Despite having confirmed booking for 4 bed room for 5 nights, when I reached at hotel with family, was REFUSED saying no room available. The receptionist was very rude. His boss also did not do anything to accomodate. After waiting for more than 2 hours, I had to find some other hotel at my own and move on.. so NEVER trust this property..
UPDATE: The response from hotel (that I did not show till midnight) is totally INCORRECT. The management of this hotel needs to improve to keep their commitments/bookings, not just sell already booked rooms for more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service Rooms & toilet were very dirty, everytime foul smell instead of complaining many times no one responded, accomodated with 5 beds for 3 bedroom room very constraint space.
