โ โ โ โ โ The hotel was built beautifully but never maintained properly i guess. That's the only issue i felt there... no maintenance... from carpet to bed sheets from walls to wardrobes and washroom... nothing is maintained. Shifting to another hotel just because of that

โ โ โ โ โ The shuttle service bus will only move once it is full. Total wastage of time n money. Wi fi doesn't work. Reception is held by Saudi guys, and non cooperative. Most of the time they will not b available on desk. Only India n Pakistan guests.

โ โ โ โ โ They provide shuttle service to/from Haram coz they're approx 1.5 km away from the start of Holy mosque. Rooms are clean but there's no oven. Room service is lazy. Wifi only works in lobby. Restaurant and a mosque is also there

โ โ โ โ โ Hotel rooms r good, no towels provided for full 5 days stay, some reason was given, but no efforts to make some arrangements. Staff not so cooperative.But for low budget this seems to b a better option. Shuttle bus service was excellent, v convinient for haram commute.

โ โ โ โ โ Budget hotel, self manage service,staff non cooperative,but shuttle service is decent and if walk towords Haram , it's about average 20/25 min.shuttle takes around 5/7 min ,and drop just behind the Makkah tower. Wifi is available in rooms but you'll be lucky if it's work for you all the time... on/off more often.

โ โ โ โ โ Its 4* hotel. A liittle far from haram. You have to walk 15 min but bus service is there for 24 hour. Room and ambience are very nice. But service is too slow. Evem after informing to clean room i waited for 1 day. But because i was visited there for Umrah i didn't stay much hours is room. Wifi facility are only at reception area ground floor. Overall is good only.

โ โ โ โ โ No internet facility. Very far from Masjid Al-Haram. Shuttle service available 24hrs.
Rooms and housekeeping was good. Food was just ok. I'd recommend u stay here only if u r young. With family and elder people, better try to have a hotel near the masjid even at a higher price. Wheelchair service is available. Shuttle bus drops at about 2mins walk till the white tiles of Haram.
My stay was of 5 days, from 25th Feb to 1st March 2020.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel seems to have a good architect and looks really good from the outside and the reception area is pretty tidy too.UNTIL,you go to your rooms where you find coarsed and dirty bed sheets, dust everywhere and not so well maintained services. The hotel is way too over crowded and have far less resources to deal with the huge amount of people staying over. The dining area is OK but washing the dishes in the customer toilet wash basin area doesn't seem to be a great idea.a very low key hotel and wouldn't be staying over again.the reception staff is also very unwelcoming and prefers to spend more time on the sofa opposite the reception desk chatting away than behind the reception desk helping out the clients. The waiting staff is rather helpful and seem concerned.
