D	Dr. Shazia Abrar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on hajj. MY mother took her last breath due to medical error. They set up an investigating team.So far, they did not contact me. I can not express my feeling in word. Anyway, Allah provided his house to take rest in peace.

My number had come but they interrupted, honestly feeling like irritated and slapping the local.everyine has emergency. Also the nurse looks tired and is irritated with her job. Give her a break or increase her salary. She to is not keeping well. Also took sr 100 but did not perform the treatment. Got robbed legitimately.

They also tend to make false dates for appointments that never actually take place, and never take their work seriously, which resulted in many preventable deaths. What’s funny is that not only are they obnoxious of their work, they even forget they HAVE patients to tend for, yet alone take care of them! If you have someone who is in serious need of medical care, don’t go here.
a	asim tarar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tertiary level hospital located between the Masjid Al Haram and Mina. Pilgrims may benefited from this hospital during the Hajj and as well as in Umrah time. Free treatment and medicines are offered to the all pilgrims without differentiating their nationality, language and color. Now a days another big hospital named King Abdullah Medical city (KAMC) has been established to divide the load of this hospital but still its importance is not decreased at all.
A	Abdulaziz Rakhimov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are sick and you in bad condition do not go this hospital. Very bad hospitality, not have good doctors. They let you die but not help. We stayed 3 hours and they did not help, they say just wait. After 3 hours we go another hospital. So shame.
M	Mahmood Al Abbasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like the hospital but my last visit showed dr abdulhawab his true colours, i complained about waiting for an hour on each visit for my appointment he said whoever doesn't like it can simply leave. Who says that to an angry patient. Arrogant much!!
Z	Z A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a eye infection severely red and in pain but the Egyptian lady May Allah guide her refused to look at my case and said it’s not an emergency!?!!!!! Are you crazy? This never happens in the UK.. This has happened to my eye before and I have always been seen in the hospitals in the UK, even in the emergency section. Wasted my time. I do not recommend.
