لابد من نشر ثقافة أهمية مواقف السيارات وأنها تكون كافية جدا في أوقات الذروة و الازدحام في أي مشروع سواءًا مساجد مدارس أسواق بقالات ألخ ،،،
في معظم الدول المتطورة لاتُمنح أي منشأة أيًا كانت ترخيصا للاستفادة من المنشأة مالم يتم توفير مواقف للسيارات تكفي العدد المقدر من الناس الذي يمكن أن تحتويه هذه المنشأة.
